About Savvy

I’m Vicky — founder of Savvy. I work with both individuals and organisations who have reached a point where what once worked no longer does. On paper, things may look successful. In reality, something feels off, unsustainable, or quietly exhausting.

My background spans over 20 years in people leadership roles, including serving as a Chief People Officer in high-growth, purpose-led businesses. I’ve advised through periods of scale, pressure, and change — helping build healthy teams, strong cultures, and systems that support long-term performance.

Alongside this professional experience, I bring lived understanding of burnout, recovery, and personal disruption. As a mum and wife, I’ve navigated periods of addiction, trauma, postpartum depression, and grief — while outwardly functioning at a high level. That disconnect between appearance and reality shaped how I work today.

Through Savvy, I support individuals who want to feel well again — to slow down, regain clarity, and make intentional decisions about their lives and work. I also support businesses that want to grow without breaking their people, their culture, or themselves.

At the core of everything I do is the same belief: people perform better — and live better — when they have clarity, structure, and support at the right moments.
